Methods of shipping

  • We will deliver your order via a local courier service from Tema.
  • When appropriate your order may be delivered through DHL depending your location (outside Accra).
  • We also use a variety of methods to support larger deliveries.
  • If there is a delay in the shipping of your order, we will notify you.

Processing times

All items estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days. Items ordered at the same time will be delivered together.

Orders received by 9am are generally delivered the same day.

Free Shipping Promotions

Occasionally Heavenly Oasis may offer free delivery promotion on your online purchase. Offers are limited to one per customer. Offer is valid on online purchases of in-stock items only.

Offer may require a minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping. To redeem this online offer, enter the provided promotion code during checkout, hit apply promo, and order totals will be adjusted on qualifying orders.

The promotion code is not valid with any other offer that requires you to enter another promotional code at checkout. If another code is entered at checkout, this offer will be void.

Order Discrepancies

If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected delivery time, please contact Heavenly Oasis immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage the same day you receive the package so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase carefully. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged; do not take delivery of the item.
  • Returns and exchanges can be made up 3 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is past 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition as it was sold.


Follow the steps below to complete your return to Heavenly Oasis.

  1. Print a return slip online
  2. Enter your order number and write the item you want to return
  3. Enter any of the reasons for returns;

  1. Secure your return in its original shipping package and attach the return label on the outside of the package.
  2. Send it to Heavenly Oasis

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / Personalized order items - Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Kindly make sure you have read and understood all conditions written before ordering. Once you place an order with us, It means you have fully accepted the Heavenly Oasis terms and conditions. Pre-order items are products which are not readily in hand and therefore clients have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to receive the items.


  1. Estimated Date of Arrival: This based on the shipment schedule. Orders may take a little longer than expected due to several factors (eg. Customs)
  2. Delays: If and when delays (that are due to circumstances beyond our control) occur greater than 60 days, we will provide a full refund of payment made or a compromise agreement can be discussed by both parties.
  3. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold. Payments are not refundable & cannot be exchanged for other items/services.
  4. When ordered items arrive, Customers have up to 14 days to settle their unpaid balance. Heavenly Oasis has the right to sell the item/s if payment is not made within this period. No refund policy applies.
  5. All pre-orders are considered SOLD & FINAL. No returns/exchanges/cancellations after payment is made.
